OKAY SO in Zexal there are three worlds of any importance: Earth, the Astral World, and the Barian World. The Astral World and the Barian World are in another dimension (but maybe not different dimensions from each other? idk we haven't gotten a lot of information about either of them yet) which can be accessed by people in Earth's dimension, but only through special doorways or with special powers. The Barian World is where V's father ended up when Dr. Faker tried to kill him, while the Astral World is the one that pretty much everything else in this series has to do with. Dr. Faker's been messing with it too, of course.
Probably because Faker's been messing with it (but again, there hasn't been a ton of information on this front yet), the Astral World sent this being called Astral to Earth for the heavily implied purpose of destroying it. Except that when he got to Earth, he lost his memories and ended up attached to this season's protagonist.
Astral's memories took the form of the Numbers Duel Monster cards, blank until they reached a person with enough darkness in his heart, after which they took the form of something with meaning to that person (and then influenced the fuck out of them).
The Arclight family ended up with at least six, maybe seven, Numbers cards to begin with, with Tron in possession of one maybe two, III with one, IV with three, and V with one.
So basically, the Numbers are the God Cards of this series, except there's 99 of them and plenty have been in the hands of average, non-plot relevant duelists. Also, some of them have special powers, but V's isn't one of them (unless you count it being mind-bogglingly HUGE seriously this thing is like the width of Venus' orbit at least since, well, Dyson Sphere).
Telekinesis: Like everything else, the limits of this are incredibly vague! Because he...pretty much only uses it once. But we'll go with:
-Can't move anything heavier than himself (which is 70kg) -It works pretty much the way a regular muscle works: moving large things long distances is extremely taxing; the smaller the object, the less taxing it is. Something as heavy as himself would take about 500ft, and then he'd have to put it down and rest a bit before going on; something like a deck of cards he could carry around all day.
Will that work? The limits on the other powers are cool with me; I figured you might have something to say about the teleportation, at least.
