There are two forms below to assist you if you intend on running a major plot or putting your character through a canon update. In-depth information about these options can be found in our Character FAQ HERE!

If you have a plot idea, please submit it using the following format;

If you're here for a canon update, use this form!

<B>YOUR NAME;</B> <B>YOUR CHARACTER;</B> <B>SUMMARY;</B> (Give us an update of when you're updating them to - include any personality changes we can expect, as well! If this also includes some sort of power/ability upgrade, this is where to put it.) <B>WHEN?;</b> (When this will take place - ex, 'ASAP', 'a few weeks from now', etc. As soon as you get final approval from the mod, you're good to perform the update.) <B>ANYTHING ELSE;</B>

PLOT SUMMARY; Korra caught an illness during the invasion.
I was actually thinking the origin of Korra's sudden illness gained during the Invasion would be a messed up mistake with her Avatar State trying to kick in for a dire case of self-defense. Given her location in Cybertron right now, there's this madly long distance between her and the Spirit World. Triggering the Avatar State doesn't even reach full power but it should still pack a punch, just not like a GodMod one as the Avatar State tends to be in canon--and not even reaching full power, it still does havoc to Korra's mortal body, leaving her really sapped of energy and delirious and messing with her chi pathways, even blocking her bending in a way. I think her hacking out blood occasionally would be more a symptom of her busted ribs. I was thinking this new Avatar State fatigue would wear off by itself eventually, but it helps if someone takes her to someplace more restful than the Junkpile. And when the AS fatigue fades she can fix up her own ribs with waterbending, unless someone else deals with that. Was thinking this would be just a first small hint of Korra's Avatar State, then another plot would go more into it.

ANYTHING ELSE; I wasn't sure if I needed permission for this, but asking because this involves Korra's Avatar State ability, and I wasn't sure if I need mod approval to develop abilities.

You would need mod approval to develop abilities past what's been already approved, yep. But so long as this semi-AS is temporary and limited, you're good to go.

(For something like this, you wouldn't need to use Mod Contact as well; however, do please wait for our response before going ahead with it ICly! Couldn't tell if you were going ahead with it in your Link post, but we'd appreciate it if you waited for our response first in the future.)

Yeah, this semi-AS is limited and temporary in that she can't activate it 24/7, and she doesn't really have any control over it either.

Sorry about that, what happened was that I made Korra sick and started playing her as such. And then I thought, 'wait, how did that happen exactly? What's causing her illness? An average reason, or something else?' And then I came up with the flawed AS idea. Speaking of which, can I just make Korra sick for a while, or would I need mod approval for that too?

And so far it's left ambiguous enough in-game where I could just think of a more common reason for her illness, like extreme flew from an infected wound or something.

Totally understandable - don't sweat it. :) Korra being sick is fine, it's just the AS that there was a brief eyeball about, but since you're fine with it being short-term there's no issue.
